Integration of Education and Corporate Culture
Integration of Education and Corporate Culture
Being a part of the corporate sector for 12 years, I have
learned several aspects of business and how innovation and new technology or
thought processes bring dynamic changes in the industry or corporate culture.
Over the years, I have seen people who did not believe in automation are now
focused on its expansion. Manual labor that was considered exceptional and
unique is now computerized, and mass production is the basis of all industries.
Day by day, the business houses, companies, corporates, and industrialists are
thinking about innovative ways to apply technology and use the information to
turn in more profits. This growth is necessary and reasonable, but the
sacrifices made for such developments must be considered (worldofwanderlust.com, 2020).
Relationship Between Business, Technology, and
Education
I encourage the organizations to accept the use of
technology and applying within their capacity to the maximum possible use of
the available technology. This will bring significant improvements to the
business and will make way for further growth. But this requires a large pool
of skilled employees that can operate machines and computer systems. This will
require better and efficient educational institutes that these businesses can
support. The growth of education level is boosted when such institutes are
backed by business houses that provide a compulsory campus for hiring freshers.
Thus, in this way, technology, education, and business are integrated that can
positively impact the economy. Nations that cannot provide skilled employees
should flow this cycle for generation and use of technological skills and
employees. If the economy wants to grow, then it should follow such
concepts. When this cycle moves effectively, it can make every employee
self-sufficient (Sculley, 1989).
Challenges
While creating this blog on blooger.com, I faced several
challenges. First was the content I wanted to write and how it should be
presented so that the language and view are easy for the viewers to read. I
used several text editing tools that were given on the website to make the text
look perfect.
About layout
Selecting and placing images was straightforward, unlike
other websites with the adequate tools provided above the text box. For the
blog layout, I have used a narrow grid to readable on all devices. Allowing the
social sharing feature increases the chances of the article being read by
viewers. I have used the same font for the text throughout the blog and
different font for headings. Headers and sub-headers are provided (Zenger, Folkman, 2014).
